got into a mini baking frenzy that involved searching online recipes that involves light whipped cream cuz the said item i have, i bought last xmas thinking i would use for a potluck but in the end didnt.. so it was still sealed properly but alas..it was gonna expire! just so i wouldnt waste the whole unopened canister and taking assurance there was stil some weeks b4 it really does expire..here's the outcome #01 of my baking frenzy..

why is it that in baking blogs, the cream & jam always settle so nicely on top of the scone, and mine doesnt? hmm. heheh. anyway it is surprisingly delightful for a first time attempt and im very encouraged by it.. just hope i dun overdose on the flour butter & sugar..
